Shipping Details

Packages are shipped once a week after receipt of payment.

Shipping costs include  packaging and shipping costs. The packaging costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package.

We recommend you to group all of your items in a single order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and individual shipping costs will be applicable  to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.

Box dimensions are appropriate and your items are properly protected. Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form which can only be  agreed in the specified geographical area. Orders are placed by La Poste via COLISSIMO, delivery service with tracking, delivery without signature for France and with signature for certain countries of Europe and the world. The Duration of Delivery is are given for information only; if these exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer will be  reimbursed.

RUGS AND CO will notify the buyer by email about the shipment of its package and its tracking number. The Product is delivered to his home by the postman. In the absence of the buyer, he will receive a delivery notice from his postman, which allows him to collect the products ordered from the nearest Post office, for a period indicated by the postal services.

Transport risks are the responsibility of the purchaser from the moment the items leave the premises of RUGS AND CO. The buyer is required to check with the  La Poste employee, the condition of the packaging of the goods and its content on delivery. In the event of damage during transport, any complaint  must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery.

Pick up point is at the Pompon Bazar store: 10 rue de Lancry - 75010 Paris. Delivery and return at the store are free. You can collect your order from Wednesday to Saturday from 12pm to 7pm with your order number within 2 working days between the date of the order and the date of withdrawal from the store.
